Profile Picture I am a Master’s graduate in Human Language Technologies at Università di Pisa, where I specialized in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning, with a focus on Transformer-based models.

I currently work as a Language Engineer in Barcelona, contributing to NLP systems for a large-scale voice assistant.

During my studies and research experience, I worked on fine-tuning BERT-based models for low-resource language varieties and developed Machine Learning pipelines including for biomedical corpora.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Pavia, where I built a strong foundation in theoretical and applied linguistics.

My research interests lie in Computational Linguistics, language model evaluation and explainability, and data-centric approaches to improving NLP systems. More details are available in the Research section.
